Bylaws Amendment
In keeping with the requirement to review the PSCT Bylaws every 5 years, the following changes have been approved by the Board of Directors.
To the duties of the President (Article III) add:
Develop and present a Budget to the Board of Directors in August of the Fiscal Year. The Board of Directors will review and adopt by September of the Fiscal Year.
Revision to the Standing Rules (Article SR-V Committees):
- Membership – Obtain members. Provide, receive and review applications. Inform the Society Treasurer of new members. Inform the Society of new members and changes. Keep and maintain records of Society Membership in cooperation with the Treasurer.
The above changes will be voted on at a meeting in the Fall of 2020. Details on voting will appear in a future newsletter.

2020-2021 Membership Drive
It’s time to join or renew your dues for the 2021 – 2022 membership year (July 1 – June 30)! The PSCT was founded in 1927 as “The Pittsburgh Paint and Varnish Production Club”. The PSCT objectives are promoting the welfare and education of the members through exchange of emerging technologies. Also, promoting educational scholarship to undergraduate students remains a prime objective of the PSCT.

Paint Pot
Chuck Cheeks was drawn for the March Paint Pot, however he was not present so the money will roll over to the next month. The April paint pot will be $40. In order to be eligible to win, you
must be an active member and must be present at the meeting when drawn. At the April meeting, we will keep drawing names until there is a member present.
